Kjell has helped me at a time when I felt that I had no control over my life. I have been struggling with my daughter who suffers from anxiety and depression and on top of this I am trying to end a relationship which is already supposed to be over. With his intuition, he is able to put words into things, things I may have thought about myself, but have not dared to say out loud. It’s not always easy to hear what he has to say, as it’s not always what I want to hear, but what I need to hear for myself what solution is best for me. He has helped me to become more confident in myself, trust that I actually am good enough and that it is allowed to live life. He makes me reflect on my choices and I notice today that in certain situations I end up in, I start asking myself what Kjell would have said.

I am incredibly grateful for the help I have received and look forward to many conversations towards mindfulness.
